Ingredients:

2 eggs
C milk
C oatmeal
C chopped onion
C chopped green or red pepper
2 T parsley (fresh preferred)
1 t salt
t ground sage
1-1 # ground beef or venison

Topping: C catsup, 2T brown sugar, 1 t dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs and milk; stir in oatmeal, onions, peppers and spices. Add meat and mix well. May need to massage with your hands (this is what my Mom/Grandma Way did!)

Pat meat mixture into 8x4x2" loaf pan, or ringed jello mold

Bake @350 for 50min in ringed pan or 60-75min in loaf pan (internal temp of 170)

Remove from oven and add topping. Return to oven for 10min
