5 onions, chopped
5 green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 hot cherry pepper
olive oil
1/2 c. red wine
28 oz. can whole tomatoes
salt
5 lbs. veal cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and peppers in olive oil until tender.
With clean, gloved hands, squeeze the whole canned tomatoes into pieces while adding them to the meat in the pan.
Add the red wine and lightly season with salt.

In a separate pan, lightly brown the veal cubes in olive oil.
Add the veal to the tomato mixture, and cook until all is tender. No time was specified; it is done to taste.
Serve on a crusty roll.
