3 (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms
8 oz. softened cream cheese
8 strips of bacon
3 green onions, cut into small pieces
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tbsp. bacon grease

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Remove stems from mushrooms - rinse and set aside. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until almost crisp. Mix together cream cheese, fried bacon, bacon grease, green onions, and seasoning salt. Spoon cream cheese mixture into mushrooms. Bake for 20 minutes. Omit bacon grease for less fat.
