Ingredients:  
1 cup firmly-packed light brown sugar
2/3 cup ketchup
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
5-6 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 teaspoons ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl, marinade meat of your choice for 4 hrs to 24 hrs, broil in the oven to get a nice char/glaze
