½ c vegetable oil
½ c apple cider vinegar
½ c sugar

1 can pinto beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 can black beans
1 can garbanzo beans

1 red pepper
1 green pepper
4 celery stalks
1 medium onion
cilantro
garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, vinegar, and sugar in a pot. Bring to a boil then let cool completely.

Drain and rinse beans.
Dice peppers, celery, onion, cilantro. Mince garlic.
Add vegetables and cooled dressing to beans.

Best if made day before serving.
