1 lb. chicken wings (never frozen; I purchase whole wings and cut them into wingettes and drumettes)
6 ounces of your preferred sauce (I use whichever is appealing at the time, most often hot buffalo)
1 stalk celery (optional)
2 ounces preferred dipping sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. line air fryer basket with aluminum foil and preheat air fryer for 3 minutes at 360°
2. remove wings from package and pat dry with paper towel(s)
3. after preheat, spray aluminum foil with cooking spray and place wings in basket
4. cook for 8 minutes at 360°
5. flip
6. cook for 8 minutes at 360°
7. pour sauce in a large mixing bowl and toss wings until coated with sauce
8. cook for 4 minutes at 360°
9. flip
10. cook 4 minutes at 360°
11. while cooking, cut celery into 4" pieces and plate
11. plate wings and serve with dipping sauce
