1/4 Butter (Keep separate from other ingredients)


6 eggs
1 cup Flower
1 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup butter

Mix all together in a Blender!

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. While it's preheating, place 1/4 cup butter in a 9x13 baking dish. Pop in the oven (while it's still preheating) and let the butter melt, then remove when melted.

Pour the other ingredients into a blender. And blend until well mixed. (you can also use a stand mixer, but this way is quick and fun.)

Pour the ingredients from the blender in the pan right on top of the melted butter and put back in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with powdered sugar, berries, lemon juice, cinnamon, syrup or whatever your heart loves.
