1½ lb. ricotta
1 c. superfine sugar (or use regular)
3 tbsp. crème de cocoa
⅓ c. chopped candied fruit
1 chocolate almond bar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat ricotta cheese, sugar and creme de cocoa until smooth. Line dish 9"x9" or pie plate with lady fingers. Cover with filling. Fancy top with cherries and slivered chocolate almond bar. Refrigerate overnight
