1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened ***Do not use non or low fat
1/2 to 3/4 c. Key Lime Juice *** try to use Nellie and Joe's Key West Lime Juice
1/2 teas. vanilla
1 9" graham cracker pie crust
Whipped cream topping

***look in the juice aisle for Nellie and Joe's Lime Juice

Directions:

Using an electric mixer, blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Chill in refrigerator until set, about 3-4 hours.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
