1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
¼ cup canola oil
1 stick of butter, softened to room temperature
1 can of mandarin oranges with juice (11 oz.)

Combine all of the ingredients and bake at 350°F for 30-36 minutes, until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool cake before icing.

12 oz. container of Cool Whip, thawed
1 can of crushed pineapple, drained (20 oz.)
1 small box of vanilla instant pudding

Combine well and spread on cool cake.
