Ingredients: 2 tubes (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent rolls 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar plus ½ c. sugar for topping 1 tsp. vanilla extract ¼ c. butter, melted 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:Unroll 1 tube of crescent roll dough and place in a lightly greased 13in. x 9in. baking dish. Seal seams and perforations; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over dough. Unroll remaining crescent roll dough and place over cheese mixture, stretching to fit. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and remaining sugar. Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes or until done. Cool; cut into squares. |
