4 tbsp. butter
2 c. lobster meat (small bite size pieces)
1 can evaporated milk
2-3 tbsp. sherry
3 tbsp. flour
tsp. of salt
⅛ tsp. nutmeg
dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Using a heavy skillet on low to med. heat, cook lobster meat slowly with butter to draw the color slightly. In separate bowl combine flour, salt, nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Add this to the lobster. Add the milk (can use 1/2 c. of light cream). stirring constantly until thickened. Add sherry slowly while stirring. Serve on toast.
