1 c. rose hip mash (without seeds)
juice of 1 lemon
3/4 c. water
3 c. sugar
1 packet powdered fruit pectin dissolved in
3/4 c. more water

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine rose hip mash, 3/4 c. water and lemon juice. Gradually add 3 c. sugar and blend till fully dissolved. Take powdered pectin and dissolve in 3/4 c. water, then boil hard for 1 minute. Combine with ingredients in the blender. Transfer mixture to jars and refrigerate no longer than 1 month or transfer to freezer.
