Ingredients: Meatloaf
1 lb ground pork 1.5 lb ground beef 3 onions, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 T ketchup 1 t black pepper 2 t salt 1/3 c beef stock 3 T Worcestershire sauce Hot sauce to taste or leave it out ¾ c bread crumbs 3 eggs
Top with: ½ c ketchup 1/3 c brown sugar 1 t dry mustard 2 t Worcestershire sauce and 1 t hot sauce (you can adjust to your preferred taste)

Directions:Mix all ingredients together and put in a baking pan (9X 13 works) Use your hands to shape into a loaf. Topping Mix all ingredients together and pour over the meatloaf |

Time:Bake 325 for 1hr( internal temperature 160). Let meat cool about 15 minutes before 1 hour 30 minutes |

Notes: I love to cook and usually get good results, but never made really great meatloaf. I only found this meatloaf recipe a few years ago and it has become the only recipe I use now. The beef and pork mixture make the meatloaf very moist. The topping just adds that extra little taste.
