2 large broccoli
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
1 red onion, sliced
1 lb. bacon (can use less)

1 cup mayo
2 TBSP vinegar (red is nice)
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first four ingredients.

Stir the vinegar and sugar into the mayo, being sure to disolve the sugar - this will make the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the salad and coat well. Refridgerate for a few hours for flavors to meld to ensure best flavor.
