3 baking potatoes
c. olive oil
1 tbsp. gated Parmesan cheese
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. paprika
tsp. pepper
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into wedges, leaving on the skins. Toss wedges in a large bowl with the olive oil. In a separate smaller bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Toss the potato wedges with the dry mixture in the large bowl. Place wedges in a single layer in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, turning occasionally. Adjust the dry mixture to taste.

(You can microwave potato wedges ahead of time to cut down on baking time.)
