stew meat
garlic salt
salt & pepper
tomato sauce
2 celery stalks
3 carrots
4 onions
½ c. water
sherry wine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with butter. Flavor with garlic salt. Put meat in a heavy pot. Add 5 tbsp. of tomato sauce. Add 2 chopped celery stalks. Add 2 chopped carrots and water. Add ½ c. of sherry wine. Simmer 2 to 3 hours. One half hour before it is done add another ½ c. of sherry wine. When ready call Mr. Joe Aloisa.
