Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 15 oz. bags plain stuffing
1 bag seasoned stuffing
3 stalks celery, including leaves, chopped
½ medium onion, diced
Parsley flakes
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper

⅛ c. butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 chicken boullion cubes, dissolved in 1 cup water

Whole turkey with innards

Directions:
Directions:
Boil innards of turkey for 45 minutes. (This is optional; can omit if you would like.) Mix dry ingredients together. Add celery, onion and spices, and mix. Add butter and eggs and dissolved bouillion. Add water as needed to make mushy as you mix with your hands.

Stuff the turkey. If there is extra stuffing, mix with the water from boiled innards and place in a baking dish and cover with foil. This stuffing should be extra moist because it is not in the turkey and tends to dry out.

Discard innards and reserve the remaining innards water for the gravy.
