1 lb. Mueller’s elbow macaroni
2 lb. Velveeta Cheese
¼ lb. butter
Milk

Directions:

Cook macaroni while sauce is being prepared. Slice enough cheese to cover the top of your casserole dish. Cut the remaining cheese into cubes and melt in double boiler on stove. Add a little water. Add 2 tsp. butter.

Drain macaroni and put in a large rectangular pyrex dish. While it’s still hot, add sauce. Put cheese slices on top and dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
(Put cookie sheet under casserole while baking because it may boil over.) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.
