1.5 Lbs. cut up Asparagus
3T. Butter
1 loaf sliced Bread, crusts removed
3/4c. shredded Chedder
1/2tsp. Salt
2c. Ham, cooked and cubed
6 Eggs
3c. Milk
2tsp. dry, minced Onion
1/4tsp. ground Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan cover asparagus with water and cook until tender then drain. Lightly brush butter on one side of breab. Place 1/2 of the bread, butter side up in 9x13, greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/2c. cheese. Layer asparagus ans ham. cover with remaining bread. In a bowl, lightly beat eggs then add milk, onion, salt and mustard and por over bread. Cover and refridgerate overnight. Bake, uncovered @ 325º for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
