6 apples, peel and slice
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
unbaked pie shell or pastry dough for lattice top

Directions:
Directions:
Toss peeled and sliced apples in lemon juice, sugar and flour. Set aside for 15 mins and then drain. Take the juice and mix with the spices, salt and melted butter. Fold in the apples and mix well. Pour apple mixture in pie crust and put crust on top of apples. Place slits on top crust or use pastry strips to make lattice top.

Bake in 425 degree preheated oven for 30-35 mins.
