2 and 2/3c. Mixed Berries, about 1 and 1/3 lb or4/6oz tubs
such as strawberries, blueberries, blackberries or raspberries

3T. Ball RealFruit Classic Pectin

3 and 1/3c. Sugar

Directions:
Mix berries, one layer at a time, in a glass container. Pour into saucepan and gradually stir in pectin. Bring to full rolling boil that can't be stirred down, over high heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar, stirring to dissolve. Return to a full rolling boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim foam if needed. Get jars hot in water bath and remove 1 at a time to fill, leaving 1/4" from top empty. Apply lid and ring fingertip tight holding jar with towel, because it will be hot. When returned all jars to water bath make sure there is 1" water above jars. Process for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes then remove and lset 2" apart and let cool for 12-24 hrs.
