1 c. sugar
c. margarine
c. oil
2 eggs

2 c. flour
t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
t. cinnamon
t. salt
5 T. cocoa powder

2 c. grated zucchini
to c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (mix in with flour)
to c. sour milk or sour cream

Beat first four ingredients together well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add grated zucchini, chocolate chips, nuts, and sour cream. Mix all ingredients, if too thick add a little water. Can put nuts and or chocolate chips on top before baking. Bake at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes a 9 x 13" pan or about 18 cup cakes.
