4 eggs
1 3/4 cups of milk
1 cup Bisquick
2 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, mix eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper. Mix about 15 seconds or until smooth. Stir in zucchini, onion and cheese. Pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan or two pie pans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
