⅔ c. whole milk
1 egg
2 T. sugar
Pinch salt
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 T. Hazelnut liqueur or dark rum

1 c. whipping cream
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in a small pan over medium heat until it comes to a boil. In blender combine egg, sugar, salt, chocolate chips and liqueur. Turn on to low setting, pour in boiling milk in a slow stream. The hot milk will cook the egg and melt the chocolate. Blend until smooth, pour into cups and chill.
