2 Lg. Yellow Onion
3 slices Mozzarella cheese
2c. Flour
5 Eggs
2c. Breadcrumbs
Oil
Marinara Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut onion into 1/2" thick rings. Slice mozzarella into 4 strips. Place small ring inside larger one and fill gap woth cheese. Freeze for 1 hour. In 3 bowls, place flour, eggs and brreadmcrumbs.

Heat oil to med/hi 350

Coat rings woth flour first, dip into egg and then bread crumbs. Put into oil and fry until golden.
