Notes: On the day of Shadow and Angie's wedding, I was honored they asked me to prepare a light lunch for them. The day before, Robin showed me the sorrel growing at the base of redwood trees in the grove. So with sorrel freshly foraged from the redwood grove, sprigs of dill growing near the barn, and an assortment of berries and other goodies at the farm, I made this salad for them. Sorrel is a magical plant that tastes like lemonade!
