2T. Butter
2T. Flour
1.5c. warm Milk
8oz. Dried Beef
pinch Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, on low heat, melt butter then whisk in flour to form roux. Whisk in milk, a little at a time. Increase heat to medium and cook stirring constantly until thick. Bring to boil then stir in dried beef and cayenne. Heat through and serve.
