6 medium sized potatoes
1 stick butter
garlic powder
salt and pepper
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the potatoes. Make slices in top of potato until you come to an 1/8 inch from the bottom of the potato. Roll in melted butter. Put remaining butter in the pan that you are roasting the potatoes in. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The last 15 minutes, sprinkle with some parmesan cheese.
