1-9" deep pastry Pie Crust
4 slices Bacon (crumble)
3/4c. shredded Swiss
1T. dry Minced Onion
3 Eggs
1/2c. Ham, diced
1.5c. Light Cream
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 - Put pastry into deep pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, onion and ham in crust. Beat eggs slightly and add to that the remaining ingredients. Pour into pan and bake 15 minutes then reduce temp to 300 and bake 20 minutes.
