6-8 venison steaks
2 cups breadcrumbs
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 onion, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp garlic powder
6 oz can tomato paste
12-16 oz mozzarella cheese
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize meat using mallet. Dip steaks into beaten egg and then into bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Melt butter and olive oil and saute steaks until brown on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish. In skillet, cook onions over low heat til soft, stir in spices, salt, pepper and tomato paste. Add water, stir and simmer. Pour sauce over meat and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 45 mins 350 degree oven.
