1 package graham crackers
melted butter

3 oz. cream cheese
⅓ c. sweetened condensed milk
2 T. lemon juice

Raspberry sherbet
Fresh raspberries and mint leaves (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into bottom of dishes. Place a scoop of sherbet into each dish and level off. Place in freezer until solid. Mix cream cheese, milk, and lemon juice. Divide among dishes. Press a raspberry and a couple of mint leaves into the soft cheesecake layer. Makes 6 ramekins.
