6-8 medium red or white (any) potatoes (Peeled, boiled, and mashed)
½ cup sour cream
½ cup ranch dressing (bottled - not powder)
¼ cup bacon bits
1 Tbsp. parsley
½ cup cheddar cheese
½ cup mozzarella
2 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mash potatoes normally.
2. Add one ingredient at a time, mixing well.
3. Spray pan with Pam.
4. Spoon into 9x13 pan.
5. Dot with butter.

Bake at 350 until top is light brown. (30-45 minutes)

Okay, I just have to say that I had to call mom about "mash potatoes normally." Mom makes the BEST mashed potatoes. So, does she make them perfectly then add the other ingredients? No, she means mash them until they are smooth then add other ingredients.
