1 oz. Citric Acid or 12 oz. frozen lemonade (or two packets of lemon Kool-Aid)
1 large can pineapple juice (46 oz.)
4 quarts water
4 cups sugar

Directions:

1. Mix all together.
2. Freeze. Mom usually puts this in an old plastic ice cream container and stirs it every couple of hours until it becomes slushy.
3. Once all frozen, mix in sprite and serve.


*Citric Acid is Best. We found it on Amazon.

Mom is definitely known for this punch. This has been served at many weddings and showers. It's not too expensive and it is refreshing. It's best slushy, but can also be served over ice. She also stretches is with more Sprite or 7-Up.
