1-2 lbs venison steak, cut in to finger-size strips
1 bottle Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steaks into finger-sized strips. Place in dish or gallon bag and cover with Italian dressing. Marinate overnight. Remove meat and place on hot grill to cook. These are best cooked med to med-rare. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
