2 LBS RAW SHRIMP DEVEINED (CUT INTO PIECES IF DESIRED)
2 MED. ONIONS
3 STALKS CELERY
1 Ĺ GREEN PEPPERS
2 CANS CHICKEN BROTH
1 32 OUNCE V-8 (REGULAR)
2 TO 3 TEAS. OLD BAY (OR MORE IF YOU LIKE IT SPICY)
1 TEAS. WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
PINCH GARLIC POWDER
4 CUPS UNCOOKED RICE

CHOP CELERY, ONION AND PEPPER. PUT IN LARGE POT AND SWEAT DOWN WITH 1 CAN OF CHICKEN BROTH. ONCE VEGES. ARE TENDER ADD V-8, OLD BAY. WOR. SAUCE AND GARLIC. BRING TO A BOIL AND SIMMER 10 MINUTES. ADD SHRIMP AND OTHER CAN OF CHICKEN BROTH. BRING BACK TO BOIL AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES.

COOK RICE IN SEPARATE POT. WHEN RICE IS DONE ADD TO CREOLE. ITíS BEST IF YOU LET IT SIT IN REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT. HEAT AND SERVE.
