3 medium cucumbers, scored and sliced paper thin
1 large mild onion, sliced paper thin
Ice Water
Oil and Vinegar
1 cup sour cream
Dash of pepper
parsley
paprika

Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the cucumbers and onions in a bowl. Sprinkle heavily with salt. Cover with ice water and refrigerate several hours. Drain in strainer and rinse quickly in running water and drain again.

Cover in equal parts water and vinegar and marinate for several hours. Drain. Add sour cream and dash of pepper. Top with parsley and paprika.
