2 cups Sugar
6-9 tablespoons Cocoa
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Cold Water

2/3 cup Oil
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 tablespoons Vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt and cold water. Add: oil, vanilla, and vinegar. Beat until blended. Use 9" x 13" pan. Bake in 350º F oven for about 45 minutes.
