1 ounce or 2 tablespoons Butter
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Flour or more, enough to roll

6 ounces Cream Cheese
1/2 pound Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
1/2 pint Sour Cream, less 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons, Flour, level
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
3 Egg Whites

Cream together butter, sugar, salt. Add egg, sour cream, baking powder, and flour. Roll out. Cream together the cream cheese and cottage cheese. Add 1/2 cup sugar, adding in egg yolks, one at a time. Add rest of ingredients, except the egg whites. Stiffly beat the whites, then gently fold into filling. Put into plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
