1 head cabbage
1 cup water
1½ lb. ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 green pepper
1 onion
½ stick butter
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º. Cook cabbage in water until it is tender, then set aside. Cook ground beef and set aside. Cook green pepper and onion in butter. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes to pepper and onion and set aside. Mix eggs and bread crumbs. Layer cabbage, ground beef, pepper/onion/tomato, and eggs/bread crumbs. Bake for 1 hour.
