1 red pepper, cut in strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, slivered
1 7 ounce Ortega chili, seeded
2 teaspoons diced Jalapeņos
1 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
12 ounces linguine, cooked
2-3 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)
2-3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet over medium high heat, cook peppers in oil for one minute. Add garlic and cook for one minute more. Stir in chilies, Jalapeņo and flour. Cook for on minute or until mixture thickens. Toss sauce with hot pasta, cilantro and parmesan cheese.
