1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, finely cut
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 medium size can tomato soup
3 medium size potatoes, cubed
4 small carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 medium size can kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place meat in frying pan, add onion and season. Add water to cover meat and let simmer until done, about 1/2 hour.

2. Add slices of carrots and celery to a large kettle filled more than half full of water. Boil until carrots and celery are half done and then add cubed potatoes and boil until all vegetables are tender.

3. Add tomato soup, kidney beans, meat and boil 5 minutes.
