2 pounds small zucchini, washed and cut into pieces
2 medium onions, sliced
1/4 cup salt
Water
2 cups vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place zucchini and onion in crock or bowl and add salt with enough water to cover. Soak 1 hour and drain. Combine vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard seed, turmeric and dry mustard and bring to boil.

(Note: I am assuming you put zucchini and onions in hot jars and cover with vinegar mixture!?)
