1 lb ground sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
¼ cup chopped onion
2 slices bread, cubed
1 cup grated sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté sausage & onions—drain. Beat eggs with milk, add salt, and mustard.
Place bread in bottom of casserole dish, Add sausage & onion mixture. Pour egg mixture over and top with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight.

Next morning. Bake 350º for 45 minutes.
