1 c. butter
¼ c. powdered sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Powdered sugar for top

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter. Add sugar, salt, vanilla and water. Blend.

2. Add flour and pecans. Mix well. Chill if dough is soft.

3. Using level tsp. full of dough, shape into finger-like ovals and place on un-greased cooking sheet.

4. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar when cooled off a little.
