½ c. vegetable oil
4 squares (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar in bowl.

2. Blend in eggs, one at a time, until well mixed.

3. Add vanilla.

4. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.

5. Preheat oven to 350º degrees.

6. Shape tsp. full of dough into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.

7. Bake in preheated oven about 10 minutes. Do not over bake. Makes about 6 oz.
