Place pieces of chicken with rice in crock pot cover with water, and cook in slow cooker for six to eight hours.

This is a Native American dish. Good for taking to a communi9ty dinner as it serves many. I can't give you measurements because i don't have any. The first time I made it, I used too much rice and had to add another pot. So I guess it would depend on how many you want to serve. For Ellis and I, I use only a half a cup of rice with 2 cups of water and four pieces of chicken.
