Salt and Pepper
Ribs. I use the St.Louis style ribs
BBQ Sauce. Your favorite.

Directions:
Directions:
Put salt and pepper for ribs.
Cook in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours, turning often
Add BBQ sauce and cook for 1/2 hour more.
Ribs will be tender and fall off of the bone.


Another method is to Grill the ribs.
Add salt and pepper to ribs,
Grill for 1 1/2 hours slowly, turning often.
Add BBQ and continue grilling for 1/2 hour.
