2 tubs whipped butter
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups cake flour
1 block cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour and portions of cream cheese alternately until all is used. Stir in extract. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300 for 1 hour 30 minutes.

*Fill a 2 cup ovenproof measuring cup with water and place it in the oven with the tube pan. This makes the cake moist! Cool 15 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.
