Ingredients:
1¾ cups rice
1½ lb ground meat
1 can Rotelle
1 8oz can tomato sauce
2 pats butter, melted
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp allspice
½ tsp cinnamon
2 pork thin cut chops (optional)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll grape leaves. Place porks chops in bottom of pot. Layer rolled grapeleaves—first in one direction, next layer in alternate direction, and so on until all grapeleaves are stacked in pot. Add lemon juice, to taste. Fill pot half full with water and simmer for 20 minutes or so. Pour off juice and retain for reheating.

Personal Notes:
NOTE: I like to flash/blanch my rice—just put into boiling water for a minute or two, then drain. Otherwise the rice sometimes is not quite done. Most don’t agree with this method, but it works for me.
